An Arizona teenager has been indicted on charges related to terrorism after reportedly planning an attack involving deadly explosives at a recent festival in Phoenix. The individual faces one count each of terrorism and conspiracy to commit terrorism, both identified as felonies. Authorities claim the 17-year-old intended to inflict serious harm or death on festival attendees, based on findings from an investigation that revealed the teen's involvement in online discussions about constructing an improvised explosive device. The teenager is alleged to have been inspired by ISIS and operated with two co-conspirators. The defendant will face trial as an adult, with a $1 million cash-only bond imposed.
